Deanna Neustaedter

Deanna Neustaedter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deanna started their career as a Cast Member and later became a Cast Trainer at Cineplex Cinemas Hamilton Mountain from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they served as a Wine Consultant for Andrew Peller Limited and later worked as a Tourism and Marketing Intern at Ivanhoé Cambridge's Outlet Collection at Niagara. Deanna then joined Cineplex Media as a Media Traffic Coordinator, where they programmed advertising material and assisted Sales Managers with forecasting and interpretation of availability within traffic inventory.

In 2017, Deanna became a Group Sales Coordinator at Niagara City Cruises, where they supported Sales Managers in selling and planning group packages and events. Deanna also took on additional managerial duties during a leave of absence. After that, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at FairSquare Group Realty, achieving 167% of quota in 2021. Deanna effectively qualified leads and conveyed FairSquare's value proposition.

In 2022, Deanna joined Ada as an Enterprise Business Development Representative, where they communicated the value of Ada's SaaS AI chatbot to prospective enterprise clients. Deanna qualified leads against the ideal customer profile to meet KPIs and targets. Deanna then worked as a Client Success Associate at Drop, executing market research and data acquisition projects for clients and collaborating cross-functionally on operational ad-hoc projects and client deliverables.

Deanna's most recent role is an Account Coordinator at MiQ, starting in 2023.

Deanna Neustaedter obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hospitality from Niagara College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications, including the Display & Video 360 Certification from Google in June 2023 and The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Trading Essentials from The Trade Desk in May 2023.
