Emily Yu

Emily Yu began their work experience in 2018 as an EDF Climate Corps Intern at Environmental Defense Fund. In 2018, they also worked as a Marketing and Communication staff member at Cornell University Sustainable Design (CUSD). In 2019, they interned as a Business Development Intern at the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office. From 2020 to 2021, Emily worked at Flex Marketing Group, starting as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioning to roles as a Business Development Representative and Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2021, they joined Parley for the Oceans as a Collaborations Manager and worked there until 2022. Currently, Emily is an Account Manager at MiQ.

Emily Yu attended Syosset High School from 2012 to 2016. After high school, they enrolled at Tulane University in 2016 and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Public Health. Subsequently, Emily pursued further education at Cornell University from 2017 to 2020, where they studied in the fields of Communication, Environmental and Sustainability Sciences, as well as Information Science.
