Jingxian MA has several years of work experience in sales and business development roles. Prior to their current position as a Senior Sales Manager at MiQ, they worked at Branch as a Strategic Growth Manager for the Greater China Region, where they successfully developed new clients across various industries and achieved significant business growth. Before that, they worked at Mobvista as a Senior Manager of Client Growth for both the Russian Federation and Greater China. In these roles, Jingxian managed client portfolios, developed new customers, strengthened relationships with existing clients, and achieved impressive revenue growth. Jingxian also worked at Weibo Corporation as a Business Development Manager, where they expanded the company's access to new advertisers and developed relationships with key clients. Earlier in their career, Jingxian had internships at TÜV SÜD and Baidu, Inc., where they gained experience in marketing and business development.

From 2012 to 2016, they attended the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, where they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Sociology.

In 2015, they participated in the Synergy International Exchange Program at Harvard University, focusing on Social Innovation.

They also participated in an academic exchange program at Hong Kong Baptist University in the same year, specializing in Social Work.

Additionally, in 2015, Jingxian MA attended the Summer School for Sociological Theories and Methodology at Nanjing University.
