Sr. Manager Global Product Marketing, Omnichannel at MiQ

Katherine Bialczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katherine is currently employed at MiQ as the Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager, Omnichannel, leading the team for MiQ's global omnichannel category. In this role, they are responsible for PMM strategy, action planning, and revenue performance across major markets. Katherine also works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end omnichannel solutions.

Before joining MiQ, Katherine worked as the Global Product Marketing Manager, Identity & Performance at MiQ, where they influenced the product roadmap and differentiated the company across the GTM lifecycle. Katherine was globally responsible for the end-to-end product marketing and GTMs of the Performance Solution and led a new identity narrative focusing on privacy-centric programmatic.

Prior to MiQ, Katherine had experience working at Bell Media as a Sr. Business Analyst, Digital, Data, & Programmatic, where they analyzed and worked on digital and programmatic projects. Katherine also worked as a National Accounts Sales Associate, Broadcast TV at the same company.

Katherine's work experience also includes a period of traveling and backpacking in South & Central America and roles at Aramark as a Marketing Manager, where they developed marketing plans and strategies, and at N5R.AI as an Account Manager and Marketing Analyst, where they managed client relations, sales, and represented the agency at trade shows.

Katherine Bialczyk's education history includes various educational experiences and certifications. Katherine obtained a Product Marketing Certified - Core degree from Product Marketing Alliance in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in Business Analysis Level 1 from McMaster University. Katherine also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Carleton University. In addition, Katherine participated in an exchange program at Macquarie University, where they studied Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Katherine further enhanced their language skills by completing a course in Centre de Francais Langue Etrangere CFLE Level 1 (French Level 1) at Université de Poitiers. Katherine has also obtained several additional certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Learning Data Science: Understanding the Basics" from LinkedIn, as well as a certification from HubSpot.
