Jamie V. Fortune

Jamie V. Fortune has a diverse work experience in logistics and operations. They are currently working at miR Scientific, LLC as the Director of Logistics & Operations since December 2022. Prior to this, Jamie worked at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as the Manager of Warehousing & Logistics from May 2020 to May 2021, and as the Operations Manager in Israel from October 2019 to May 2020. They also served in various roles at DSV from 2016 to 2019, including Air Export Manager and Supervisor in Israel. Before joining DSV, Jamie worked as an Air Export Coordinator at UTi Worldwide (DSV A/S) from March 2014 to December 2015. They also gained experience in sales at Liberty Maritime from April 2012 to June 2013. Jamie started their career as an Air Freight Agent at Vanguard Logistics Services in July 2011 and worked there until April 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an Export Specialist, ISF Manager, and Air Export Manager at J.M. Rodgers Co., Inc. from May 2009 to May 2011.

Jamie V. Fortune completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) in 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Jamie pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Trade and Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College.
