Tomas Serna

Tomas Serna has a diverse work experience that includes positions in various industries. Tomas is currently the Communications Director at MIRA USA Inc, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where they supported the development of a strategic platform for a large insurance provider. Tomas also had a role at BLUE ORIGIN, where they researched and developed a platform for post-launch calibration of a rocket. Additionally, Tomas served as a member of the President's Leadership Council at the University of Central Florida and held leadership positions in the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Tomas also gained experience in engineering roles at Boeing and the University of Central Florida. Earlier in their career, Tomas was a Project Management Intern at Cinnabar California Inc. and founded a company called Mercedes Mate.

Tomas Serna earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miami Dade College from 2014 to 2017. Tomas then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Central Florida from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) from the SolidWorks Authorized Training Centre in 2018.
