Min Choi

Min Choi is an accomplished graphic design educator and creative professional with extensive experience in academia and the design industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design and Associate Faculty at MiraCosta College since January 2017, Min Choi also operates a design consultancy under the name min choi design since 2014. Previous roles include faculty advisor for AIGA San Diego City College and various instructional positions at San Diego State University and San Diego City College, focusing on areas such as branding, packaging, and infographics. Min Choi held leadership positions at AIGA San Diego, including Vice President and education chairperson, and has worked as an art director and freelance designer. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Vermont College of Fine Arts, a BA in Graphic Design from San Diego State University, and an Associate of Arts from Grossmont College.
