Jessica Young

Jessica Young joins Mirador with over 25 years of experience in operations and client relations for financial services and healthcare organizations. As Chief of Staff for the Jacksonville office, she is focused on operational excellence and growing the overall footprint in the Southeast. Over the past 11 years, she fulfilled various roles in the overall growth of a boutique consulting firm including Directorships in Operations, Sales, and Client Services which culminated in the successful private sale of the company in 2019.

Jessica holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Florida.
