Kaitlyn Troy

Kaitlyn Troy worked for over 10 years in communications and event management. She started her career in New York City at the global public relations agency Burson-Marsteller, where she worked with clients to develop and execute multi-tier media relations campaigns.

She moved to an in-house role next as a senior communications manager at Unilever NA, where she oversaw all internal communications channels and leadership communications, as well as managed Unilever’s employee community relations initiatives.

Kaitlyn graduated with honors from Bucknell University with a double major in Economics and International Relations.
