Fred Fazio

Fred Fazio serves as Chief Financial Officer and oversees the financial and risk management strategies for MiraMed Global Services. Mr. Fazio has over 18 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to joining MiraMed, Fazio served as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was responsible for delivering investment banking services to Healthcare Information Technology clients. Prior to joining Cantor, Mr. Fazio was a Managing Director in the Healthcare group at Jefferies, where he was employed for 11 years. He previously served in the Private Equity group at New York Life Capital Partners. Fazio began his career in the Leveraged Finance group at Deutsche Bank. Fazio earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with an emphasis on Finance, from the University at Albany, SUNY.
