Raj Atwal

Raj Atwal has extensive work experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership. Raj most recently held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Miratech, where they were responsible for driving strategic business initiatives and projects, including M&A and innovation management. Prior to that, Raj served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Pivotree, where they accelerated value creation through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Raj also held the role of President at Pivotree, overseeing all operating aspects of the company. Earlier in their career, Raj held various leadership positions at Tenzing Managed IT Services and Route1. Raj has a strong background in sales and marketing, solution architecture, and business development. Raj began their career as a Consultant at CGI and worked as a Senior Systems Consultant at Braegen.

Raj Atwal attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems for Business.
