Jessica Meadows Rn

Jessica Meadows RN, BSN, OCN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica started their career as a Patient Care Technician at St. Joseph's Hospital, providing support to nursing staff and assisting patients with ADLs. Jessica then transitioned to the Pediatric Emergency Department to support nurses and pediatric patients. At Tampa General Hospital, they worked as a Staff Nurse on an inpatient medical oncology unit, where they provided direct patient care, including chemotherapy infusion.

Jessica'sexperience continued at Moffitt Cancer Center, where they served as a Primary Nurse for a Radiation Oncologist at an outpatient clinic. Jessica was responsible for patient education and managing treatment-related side effects. During their time at Moffitt Cancer Center, they were promoted to RN III on the Nursing Clinical Ladder.

Jessica then joined the University of Maryland Medical Center as a Staff Nurse at the Greenebaum Cancer Center, Stoler Infusion Center. Here, they administered chemotherapy and biotherapies to patients with hematologic malignancies.

Jessica then moved to Duke University Health System, where they worked as a Registered Nurse and served as a Clinical Team Lead (Manager) at the Oncology Treatment Center. Jessica managed a team of nurses in the GI/GU group and ensured safe patient care in an academic-based infusion center. Jessica provided oncology care to patients with solid tumors and blood cancers.

After their time at Duke, Jessica joined Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Clinical Nurse Educator partnered with Janssen Biotech. Jessica provided clinical education and side effect management for Darzalex to treat multiple myeloma. Jessica also offered educational support to healthcare professionals throughout the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina areas.

Next, Jessica worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior Executive Oncology Account Specialist, focusing on selling targeted and immunotherapies. Jessica successfully launched Imfinzi to treat biliary tract cancers and Imjudo + Imfinzi to treat hepatocellular carcinoma. Jessica also supported Lynparza for pancreatic cancer. In the same company, they also held the position of Executive Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, where they sold Imfinzi and Tagrisso to treat lung cancer. Jessica successfully launched new indications for Imfinzi and Tagrisso and was selected to lead new hire training and serve as a district training specialist.

Currently, Jessica is working at Mirati Therapeutics as an Associate Director of Sales Training. Jessica is a key member of the U.S. Sales Team and is responsible for creating, executing, and managing launch training initiatives for Krazati, used to treat metastatic lung cancer.

Jessica Meadows RN, BSN, OCN has a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Jessica also holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Hillsborough Community College, which they completed from 2001 to 2002. In addition, they are certified as a Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing, achieved in December 2013, and they are an Oncology Certified Nurse certified by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation, obtained in December 2007.
