Katie McGinn

Katie McGinn has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Katie started their career at Merck & Co. in 1996 as a Senior Analytical Chemist and worked there until 2004. Katie then joined Cephalon, Inc. as an Analytical Chemist for seven years. In 2011, Katie joined Incyte, where they held various roles, including Quality Control Specialist, Quality Control Senior Manager, and Associate Director. Katie worked at Incyte until 2022 when they joined Mirati Therapeutics as a Director of Quality Assurance. Currently, Katie is working at Bristol Myers Squibb as Director of Quality Assurance, a position they started in 2024.

Katie McGinn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The College of New Jersey, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
