Ryan Asay

Ryan joined Mirati in April 2020 as Vice President, Head of Corporate Affairs, where he oversees investor relations, internal and corporate communications and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining Mirati, Ryan was Vice President, Head of Investor Relations at Spark Therapeutics. Ryan was responsible for building the investor relations function where he successfully strengthened and expanded the company’s relationships with investors and analysts and facilitated a broader understanding of Spark’s story and potential until early 2020 following the company’s acquisition by Roche Group. Ryan also served as Chief of Staff to the executive team where he identified improvements and enhanced the effectiveness of the leadership team and governance practices.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Ryan previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers Squibb in areas including investor relations, corporate and business development, strategic planning and finance.

Ryan received his B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and earned his MBA in from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
