Blair Bruce

Blair Bruce has a diverse and successful work history. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Medical Sales Representative for Biovail. From 2003 to 2004, they held a similar role with Aventis Pharma. In 2005, they joined Bayer Healthcare as a Medical Sales Representative, excelling in sales and leadership and winning multiple awards. They then joined Abbott in 2007 as a Specialty Representative/Key Account Manager, quickly becoming the top representative and consistently performing well. In 2010, they moved to LifeScan, where they increased market share and implemented successful programs. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Sanofi-Aventis as a Specialty Representative/Key Account Manager, overseeing corporate account management and achieving top sales performance. From 2013 to 2016, they served as an Account Executive at ELEMENT Integrated Workplace Solutions Inc., responsible for selling services to larger accounts in Calgary and Southern Alberta. Their next role was as the Western Canada Sales Manager at Allied Medical Instruments Inc. from 2016 to 2018, where they set sales targets and grew the company's presence in Western Canada. Blair Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Sociology from Dalhousie University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In 1999, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sociology at Carleton University, but did not complete the program. From 2000 to 2001, Blair attended the Information Technology Institute - ITI and obtained an Applied Information Technology (AIT) degree in the field of Information Technology. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master Certificate in Applied and IS/IT Project Management at Villanova University, focusing on Information Technology Project Management. Additionally, Blair has obtained several certifications in various medical fields, including Diabetes Preceptorship, Oncology, Cardiology, and Accreditation. These certifications were obtained from the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education, with the latest certification achieved in 2011.
