Charles Cantin has a diverse background in sales, customer experience management, and consulting in various industries, including telecommunications and technology. Charles has held senior roles at companies such as Mirego, Apple, R3D, Telkom Kenya - Orange, Zain, Telma Madagascar, and Capgemini. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to lead sales efforts, develop long-term strategies, mentor and train team members, and manage customer care departments. Charles has also successfully managed the implementation of various projects and has experience in areas such as business strategy, account management, and project management.

Charles Cantin began their education journey in 1987 at Cégep de Sainte-Foy, where they obtained a Diplôme d'Études Collégiales in Sciences Humaines. Charles continued their studies at Université Laval from 1989 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Journalism. In 1998, they pursued a Collegial Studies Diploma in Computer Science at CDI College, completing it in 1999. Additionally, Charles obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from Qualiti7 Canada in September 2009.
