Carsten Schwesig

Carsten Schwesig is a highly experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Staff Product Designer at Miro since March 2024. Prior to this role, Carsten was the Founding Designer at Layer and worked as a Product Designer at Miro from July 2022 to October 2023. Carsten's extensive background includes positions at Google as a Staff Interaction Designer and UX Manager, as well as time at X, the moonshot factory, where responsibilities included UX management. Carsten also held significant roles at Sony Network Entertainment, leading the design of the PlayStation Store and contributing to numerous user experience initiatives. With academic credentials that include an MA in Computer Related Design from the Royal College of Art and a BA in Interaction Design from Ravensbourne University London, Carsten combines a robust educational foundation with a diverse range of design expertise spanning nearly two decades.
