Ludwig Arlaud

Ludwig Arlaud is an experienced innovation and strategy professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Mirvac since January 2020, Ludwig leads various innovation projects within the internal innovation team, Hatch. Prior to this role, Ludwig worked at Capgemini Invent from February 2012 to January 2020, progressing from Consultant to Manager in the Innovation & Strategy practice, where key achievements included creating new innovation functions, delivering digital strategies, and supporting culture transformation programs for clients in public sector, oil & gas, and other industries. Earlier experience includes a role as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at BD. Ludwig holds a Master’s degree in Business - Technology and Innovation Management from The University of Queensland and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Centrale Lyon.
