Olivia Vachon has a diverse work experience in marketing, communications, and events management. Olivia started their career as a freelance journalist, producing written material on culinary journeys in European cities and alternative restaurants in London, Rome, and New York. Olivia then interned in public relations before joining Eataly as an events assistant manager. At Eataly, Olivia held various roles including events coordinator, marketing manager, PR and events manager, and eventually became the head of marketing. Olivia also worked as a marketing and communications assistant to the CEO at Vranken Pommery Italia. Most recently, Olivia has joined Miscusi as a brand director.
Olivia Vachon completed their BA in Media & Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London during the years 2008-2011. Prior to that, they pursued Sciences Humaines at Cégep Francois Xavier Garneau, Québec from 2006 to 2008.
