Genaro Hernandez Olmedo

Genaro Hernandez Olmedo is an experienced professional in credit and collections management, currently serving as the AR and Invoicing Manager US at Misionero since June 2022. In this role, Genaro oversees a team of five collections specialists and has successfully developed strategies to manage major retailers such as Walmart and Costco. Previously, Genaro held positions at Emeritus as the Collection and Billing leader for Latam, and at Grupo Rotoplas as the Credit and Collection Manager for Latin America, Central America, and the USA, where responsibilities included debt collection, team leadership, and KPI analysis. Genaro’s earlier experience spans roles at Qualtia, Bonafont, and Nestlé, focusing on credit and collection management.
