Sawsan Abaza

Sawsan Abaza is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management, spanning over two decades across various companies. Currently serving as HR Manager at LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company since April 2015, Sawsan leads the HR team to provide comprehensive services aligned with organizational objectives. Previously held significant roles at Misr Pyramids Group - MPG, including HR Section Head, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations. Sawsan's experience also encompasses public relations roles at Orascom Telecom and Orascom Construction Industries, as well as supervisory and sales positions earlier in their career. Sawsan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) focused on HR from The German University in Cairo and is currently pursuing another MBA degree at Paris ESLSCA Business School.
