Julie Hoffman's work experience includes being the Director of Operations at The Miss America Organization since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Tour Manager for the same organization from March 2008 to September 2018. In this role, Julie managed Miss America's appearances in the US and internationally, worked with clients and sponsors, and represented the organization at various events. Before joining The Miss America Organization, Julie was the Administrative Manager/Executive Producer for The Brian Pastor Big Band from March 2003 to March 2008. In this role, they handled administrative and project management tasks for a jazz orchestra, planned and managed marketing strategies and events, and researched new opportunities. Julie also worked as a Client Development Specialist for Bingham McCutchen in 2007 and as a Marketing Communications and Events Specialist for Duane Morris LLP from August 1998 to August 2002. In these positions, they were responsible for developing marketing communications, designing and editing collateral materials, and managing client updates for print and web.

Julie Hoffman pursued their first degree in Business and Art from Camden County College between 1990 and 1994. After completing their studies there, they furthered their education at Moore College of Art and Design from 1995 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Two Dimensional Fine Art.
