Janine Stuurman

Janine Stuurman serves as an HR Business Partner at Empact Group since September 2022, contributing to the development of the Group HR Strategy and providing policy input for approval by the CPO. With extensive experience at TB HIV Care since October 2016, Janine executes HR strategy deliverables, develops policies, and leads HR teams to ensure effective employee management and compliance across regions. Previous roles include Organisational Design and Talent Support Practitioner at Dimension Data, Team Assistant at Absa, and various HR Officer positions at Absa, demonstrating a strong background in HR advisory, performance management, and employee relations. Janine holds multiple degrees in Human Resource Management and related fields, as well as a Certificate of Competence in Project Management obtained in May 2023.
