Michelle Fidelia is an accomplished senior project manager with extensive experience in managing government projects related to the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Currently serving as Ms. Black North Carolina 2024 and the executive director of Sisters United Inc, a program assisting single mothers, Michelle has a proven track record in project management roles at iParametrics, LLC and IEM, where leadership and organizational skills facilitated timely and efficient support for affected individuals. An alumna of North Carolina State University with degrees in International Studies and French Studies, Michelle has also contributed to educational initiatives as a Peace Corps volunteer and has been involved in community outreach and support throughout their career.
