Katie McKinley Schlieve

Katie McKinley Schlieve has extensive experience in donor relations and fundraising, currently serving as a Consultant at Mission Advancement since January 2023. Prior to this role, Katie held several positions at Southwestern Medical Foundation, including Donor Relations Director and Manager of Donor Relations and Stewardship, where responsibilities included developing strategies for donor engagement and overseeing the gift cycle. At the Center for BrainHealth, Katie served as Donor Relations Officer, contributing to an $86 million campaign through donor cultivation and stewardship events. Earlier roles included Special Events and Memberships Coordinator at Children's Medical Center, where planning and executing major fundraising events was essential, and Development Associate at Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, focusing on marketing and event coordination. Katie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006.
