Brendan Mannion

Brendan Mannion is an experienced restaurant management professional with a comprehensive background in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as General Manager at MISSION BBQ since June 2021, Brendan has previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Red Robin from April 2017 to June 2021. Additional experience includes General Manager at The Bayside Pub, Kitchen Manager roles at both Red Robin and The Bayside Pub, and earlier positions as Server, Busser, Bartender, and Cook. Brendan's educational background includes studies at Monroe Community College from 2004 to 2007 and attendance at Aquinas from 2000 to 2004.
