Bob Kramer

Bob Kramer is the current Manager of Logistics & Assessment at Mission Critical Specialists. Prior to this, they served as Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from August 2012 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all day-to-day building engineering for WellPoint locations along the 101 Freeway corridor. This included overseeing the critical room environment for critical power, computer room air conditioning systems, and assisting with capacity planning in multiple CA and NV locations. Bob also served on WellPoint’s Information Technology Internal Review Boards for its California Data Centers and the Corporate Real Estate Western Region to review proposed building changes for impacts on the critical environment. As a result of their work, four Wellpoint locations earned the Energy Star Label Award and maintain energy star ratings each year. Prior to their work at Cushman & Wakefield, Bob Kramer served as Regional Chief Engineer at ABM Engineering from February 2007 to July 2012.
