Alison Wagner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently holds the position of 1st VP, Talent & Culture at Mission Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, Alison was the Vice President Human Resources at Urban Plates and held various HR roles at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. Alison also worked as an Exec. Team Leader - Human Resources at Target. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
