Rhondean Johnson, MSHRM, CPDC has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. They have held various leadership roles in different organizations, including the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, where they served as the Chief People and Diversity Officer, responsible for advising and partnering with executive leadership on organization and people strategies. They also worked as an Executive for Human Resources within the same organization, overseeing all people functions, strategic planning, and global human resource practices.
