Haylee Ham

Haylee Ham is a Senior Data Scientist at Mission Lane since December 2022, with extensive experience in data science and analytics. From February 2019 to February 2023, Haylee founded and organized the Boston Chapter of Women in Machine Learning & Data Science. Previous roles include Data Scientist at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard, where Haylee built models for various domains including online learning and sports analytics, and developed tools for Harvard Business School students. Haylee served on the Research Advisory Board for The Linux Foundation and was a Research Assistant at both the Becker Friedman Institute and Brigham Young University. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Computational Social Science from the University of Chicago and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and German Studies from Brigham Young University.
