Jeffrey Nelson is an experienced operations leader, currently serving as the Director of Operations, Fraud & Disputes at Mission Lane since June 2021, following roles including Operations Manager and Project And Process Manager in New Product Development. Prior to Mission Lane, Jeffrey worked as a consultant at Daybreak IT Solutions and Spinnaker Consulting Group LLC. Notably, Jeffrey spent nearly two decades at Capital One, holding various senior management positions, such as Senior Manager for US Card Quality Management Operations, where oversight included quality monitoring for 15,000 call center agents, and led operations for significant partnerships like the Kohl's Credit Card product. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond, obtained in 1997.
