Tracy Schlesman

Tracy Schlesman has a diverse work experience history spanning multiple industries. Tracy began their career as a Strategic Sourcing Intern at Dominion in 2013 and 2014. From there, they worked as a Public Relations representative at Captains' Educational Enrichment Fund in 2013 and 2014. Tracy then joined LendUp as a Customer Experience Specialist and later became a Senior Operations Specialist from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, Tracy joined Mission Lane where they held the roles of Senior Operations Specialist, Associate Operations Lead, and is currently working as an Operations Lead. Throughout their career, Tracy has gained valuable expertise in operations, customer experience, and human resources.

Tracy Schlesman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a Management Major and Leadership Studies Minor from Christopher Newport University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, Tracy completed the Advanced Studies program at Lloyd C. Bird High School from 2007 to 2011.
