MNC is a critically important non-profit provider of community-based, culturally sensitive, and multi-generational services focused on low-income families throughout San Francisco. MNC develops and promotes leadership skills that inspire success for youth and families to build strong, healthy, and vibrant neighborhoods through education, case management, and community-development resources. 

Founded as a settlement house in 1897, MNC continues to exemplify the core values of settlement house practices: welcoming environment, social justice, advocacy, community organizing, and networking. Today, MNC operates 16 MNC Campuses, five owned and nine leased through which children’s services, youth development, family resources, senior healthy aging & disabilities, and workforce development programming,
