Jessica Goodwin

Jessica Goodwin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Guest Services Manager and Banquet Manager at Mission Point Resort since March 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant at Cobb County Government, supporting the Director of Public Safety from March 2021 to March 2023. An experienced administrative specialist, Jessica worked with the Deputy Fire Chief of Community Risk Reduction at Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services from July 2018 to November 2020. Additional experience includes military contract compliance support at Adecco Group/GE Aviation and culinary analysis at Walt Disney World. Jessica's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as Northern Michigan's Scholarship Coordinator and managing applicant personnel records. Currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at Central Michigan University, Jessica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Administration from St. Petersburg College and an Associate degree in General Studies from Montcalm Community College.
