Leslie Chinn, CRME, is an experienced revenue management professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Revenue Manager/Reservation at Mission Point Resort since May 2017, Leslie previously held positions as Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn West Bay and Director of Lodging at Shanty Creek Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing a cultural change in service standards and staff development. Earlier career experiences include roles as Director of Revenue and Reservations Manager at Club Corp from 1985 to 2005. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Central Michigan University, an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern Michigan College, and a Hotel Revenue Management Certificate from Cornell University.
