Mthokozisi Mthokozisi has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Line Cook at Sun Valley Company and Mission Point Resort since late 2017. Previous roles include CDP at The Beverly Hills Hotel and Misty Hills Country Hotel, and Sous Chef at Madikwe Safari Lodge and Rain Farm Game Lodge. Mthokozisi began culinary training with an International Diploma in Patisserie from 1000 Hills Chef School, followed by a Culinary Arts and Advanced Pastry Diploma from EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality, and completed a degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management at the International Hotel School.
