Monica Robles

Monica Robles has a diverse work experience in the produce industry. Monica started their career at Gourmet Trading Company in 2007, where they worked as a Procurement specialist for fresh asparagus from Ecuador and Peru. Their role involved buying, managing logistics, and maintaining relationships with growers, both directly and through brokers. After eight years with Gourmet Trading Company, Monica joined Mission Produce Inc. in 2015 as a Sales Representative. After three years in this role, they were promoted to Sr. Procurement Manager, where they were responsible for procurement activities. Currently, Monica holds the position of Director of Mexico Sourcing at Mission Produce Inc. starting in February 2023.

Monica Robles completed their Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a specialization in Business Finance from California State University, Northridge between 2010 and 2013.
