Robert Maynor possesses extensive experience in procurement and purchasing within the hospitality and restaurant supply sectors. Currently serving as a Bid Contract/Warranty Specialist and Purchasing Buyer at Mission Restaurant Supply since May 2021, Robert previously spent over two decades at Ace Mart Restaurant Supply, where responsibilities included purchasing restaurant commodities and managing inventory for 15 locations across Texas. Robert's earlier career at La Quinta Inn & Suites involved coordinating procurement and delivery of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for new and renovated properties. Throughout the professional journey, Robert demonstrated strong negotiation skills, relationship-building with vendors, and a commitment to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, further supported by an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Antonio College.

Mission Restaurant Supply is a family owned and operated foodservice dealer headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Since opening in March 1988, our company has grown to include showroom locations in Austin, Corpus Christi, McAllen, and Fort Worth, with a wholesale refrigeration department in Houston, Texas. We work with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, schools and many other institutions on all foodservice needs, from concept design to kitchen layout, installation, and service.
