Program Manager Simulation Software Offline Trainer (SSOT) Contract at Mission Services LLC (MSI)

Charles Turner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charles started their career in 1992 as the F-15 Electronic Warfare Test Station and Component Production Superintendent at the 48th Component Repair Squadron. Charles then worked as the Manual/Electronic Warfare Section Chief at the 33rd Maintenance Squadron, where they supervised a team of technicians and managed mission essential avionics test equipment. In 1998, they became the Operations Superintendent at the 1st Command and Control Squadron, responsible for managing a 55-person crew force and maintaining the space object catalog.

From 2001 to 2005, Charles worked at the 21st Space Wing Inspector Generals Office as the Superintendent Space Exercises, where they developed and managed wing scenarios for various exercises and provided leadership to exercise controllers. Following that, they served as the Operations Superintendent at the 3rd Space Operations Squadron from 2005 to 2009, responsible for leading 67 enlisted members in 24/7 operations for a 10-satellite DOD constellation.

In 2009, Charles joined the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 26 as the Jr and Sr Vice Commander, responsible for the welfare of chapter members and recruitment of new members. Charles then served as the Two Year Trustee at the Veterans of Foreign War Post 101 in 2011.

Charles started working at ISYS Technologies in 2015 as a Simulation Technician on the SSOT contract, where they developed training scenarios and evaluations utilizing the Launch And Disposal Operations LADO offline training simulator. Charles then joined Mission Services LLC (MSI) in 2018, taking on roles such as Program Manager Simulation Software Offline Trainer (SSOT) Contract and Simulation Software Offline Trainer Lead, where they managed contract operations and led a team responsible for operating a simulator.
