Jose Villegas

Jose Villegas is a Member of The Supervisory Board at the LEGO Group GmbH since November 2023. Prior to that, Jose worked as a Coach and assessment specialist at Mission Talent, a global executive search and talent development firm. Jose has a background in Human Resources, with experience as a Customer Experience Manager at the LEGO Group and as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at Hyundai AutoEver Europe GmbH. Jose also has experience in HR and Compliance management at CILC Central America and Ecomateriales. With a Master of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Management and a degree in Psychology, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
