Kevin W. Kirkland has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Kevin W. is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at MissionCare Collective, where they are dedicated to revolutionizing care and improving the culture of care. Prior to this, Kevin worked at OnePoint Patient Care as the President of the Eastern Division and later as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. During their time at OnePoint Patient Care, they successfully executed a nationwide business development growth strategy and played a key role in expanding the company's operations into multiple markets. Kevin also worked at Foxcom as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales, where they led the international sales organization and generated revenue for fiber-optic satellite transmission equipment. Before entering the healthcare industry, Kevin held multiple leadership roles at Verizon, where they gained valuable experience in various areas. Kevin W. also worked at PSINet and Cable & Wireless, where they served in sales training and account development roles.

Kevin W. Kirkland earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Elon University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Calvert Hall College High School from 1984 to 1988.
