Drew Kese

Co-Founder and Venture Partner at MissionOG

Drew Kese began their career in 1993 as a Civil Engineer at Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. In 2000, they joined Ecount, where they held the position of Product Management. During their time at Ecount, they drove product strategy and execution to meet client and market needs within existing and emerging product offerings, and engineered the company's platform into new products, markets and first international expansion. In 2007, Ecount was acquired by Citi, and Kese was appointed Managing Director, Global Prepaid Head. In this role, they led all facets of Prepaid division including Product Management, Sales, Information Technology, OPs, and Client Delivery. Drew also oversaw international expansion within Europe, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. In 2008, they joined the Board of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA). In 2014, they joined BWG Strategy LLC as an Advisory Board Member. In 2016, they joined Spring EQ as the CXO. Two years later, they were appointed Chief Experience Officer at Spring EQ Wholesale. Finally, in 2012, Kese co-founded MissionOG, where they currently serve as a Venture Partner.

Drew Kese began their education in 1971 with their father, learning the "Fairness of Life (or lack of), DIY, Welchism, GE Philosopy". Drew then attended Virginia Episcopal School from 1985 to 1989. After that, they received a BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University from 1989 to 1993. Finally, they earned an MBA in Finance and Management from William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business in 1998 to 2000.
