Maureen Nyakundi

Maureen Nyakundi is an experienced administrative and social services professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant in the Mentorship Department at Missions of Hope International since May 2023, where responsibilities include requisition management and account management for mentorship program resources. In addition, Maureen has been involved with Pentecostal Church Alpha & Omega since December 2015, fulfilling roles as a Peer Mentor and Children Minister, overseeing educational and church activities. Previous experience includes working as a social worker at Paper Hearts Foundation, providing psychosocial support, and as a volunteer social worker at Made in the Streets, advocating for street children's rights. Maureen has also held roles at CCI Kenya, offering employee counseling and support, and as a Medical Social Worker at Kenyatta National Hospital, conducting case studies and recommending rehabilitation programs. Maureen holds a Diploma in Community Development from St Paul's University, achieved between 2018 and 2019.
