Nancy Paolini

Nancy Paolini is an experienced managerial professional specializing in payroll and pension operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Payroll and Pension for the City of Mississauga since November 2019, Nancy oversees a team of 25 Payroll and Accounting employees. Previously, Nancy held the role of Manager of Payroll Processing Operations at RBC from January 2016 to June 2019 and served as an HR BPO Payroll Manager at Aon Hewitt from January 2012 to June 2013. Earlier career roles include Manager of Quality and Project Management at ADP Canada from 2008 to 2011, where Nancy enhanced user satisfaction through improved service agreements, and Manager of Quality and Process Improvement at ADP from 2004 to 2007, where Nancy established quality standards and procedures.
