Rachel Gowen

Rachel Gowen, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Mississippi Lime Company since July 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at SoutheastHEALTH from November 2021 to July 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Tri State Water Power and Air Cape from April 2021 to November 2021. From December 2018 to March 2021, Rachel was the Business Operations Manager at Old Navy, and earlier, served as a Training and Development Specialist at Drury Hotels from April 2013 to December 2018. Rachel holds two degrees from Webster University: a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, obtained in December 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, completed in December 2018.
