Rita Bauman

Rita Bauman is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the HR Leader at Mississippi Lime Company since September 2020, Rita previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Prairie State Generating Company for over 12 years, managing all HR functions for 500 employees. Rita's extensive background also includes roles as HR Manager and Recruiter at Peabody Energy and Liguori Publications, respectively, along with foundational experience as Accounts Receivable Manager at Liguori Publications and HR Manager at CZ Inks/Progressive Ink Company. Rita holds an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University and a BSBA from the University of Central Missouri.
