Alexandra Finley

Alexandra Finley is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of history. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of History at both the University of Pittsburgh since June 2019 and Mississippi State University since May 2017, Finley has previously held positions as a Doctoral Researcher at William & Mary and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Arts (MA) in American History from William & Mary, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from The Ohio State University. Additional roles include Advisory Council Fellow at the McNeil Center for Early American Studies and Instructor at the National Institute of American History and Democracy.
