Marcy Douglas

Marcy Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and energy services. Marcy has worked at Missouri River Energy Services since January 2012, holding various titles such as Leadership Development & Strategic Planning Manager, Strategic Planning Specialist, and Energy Services Field Representative. Prior to this, Marcy worked at the City of Northwood from February 1997 to January 2012, serving as City Administrator and City Auditor. Marcy holds two Master's degrees from the University of Mary, one in Business Administration and the other in Management.
