Derek Grier

Derek Grier is a highly experienced professional in the real estate and public service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Missouri REALTORS® and a member of the Board of Directors for Missouri Technology Corporation. As the owner and broker of Realty ONE Group and CEO of Grier Commercial, Derek leads innovative real estate ventures. Past roles include Chairman of the Committee on Economic Development and State Representative in the Missouri House of Representatives, and Councilman for the City of Chesterfield. Derek has extensive experience in real estate management, highlighted by a senior managerial position at Cushman & Wakefield, where oversight included substantial lease negotiations and new site developments. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Principia College and leadership training from Vision Leadership.
