Maren Kroll

Maren Kroll has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Maren is currently the CHRO and Member of the Management Board at Mister Spex, where they oversee various departments including PR, Communications, HR, and Corporate Responsibility. Prior to that, Maren was the Vice President of HR at Harry's, Inc., responsible for managing HR functions and communications across Europe. Maren also served as the Head of Business Partnering Technology and People Development & Employer Branding at Zalando SE. Maren's earlier experience includes roles at EnergyAustralia, where they managed talent management and development, and at Intelligenz System Transfer and Superior People, where they worked as a management consultant and HR business partner respectively. Overall, Maren Kroll has a track record of successfully leading and scaling HR operations, implementing talent management strategies, and enhancing company culture.

Maren Kroll holds a Master of Psychology degree in Organisational Psychology from the Technical University Berlin, which they completed in 2006. Maren also obtained an Advanced Diploma of HR Management from SGD Business School in 2007. In 2009, they became an Accredited Trainer in Targeted Selection after studying at DDI Melbourne. Maren Kroll further enhanced their skills by becoming an Accredited Practitioner in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument at Herrmann International Asia in 2011. Lastly, in 2012, they completed Executive Coaching - ICF Accreditation at the International Coaching Federation.
